By donating specially designed therapeutic hot tubs to kids with chronic or critical illnesses, Seasons of Giving hopes to lessen the pain and enhance the treatment of as many children as possible. Initially, the program provided hot tub therapy to one child a season or four per year, hence the name. Beginning in 2008, Seasons of Giving will contribute 12 hot tubs—one a month—to children who require warm water for therapy, pain management, freedom of movement and fun. To ThermoSpas, every season--now every month--is a chance to put an earsplitting grin on the face of a child who, otherwise, would not have much reason to smile.
